Order in Council 248/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(5) of the Combative Sports Act, 2019 :

The Chair of the Ontario Combative Sport Advisory Council shall be compensated at the rate of three hundred and fifty dollars ($350.00) per diem.

The Vice-Chair of the Ontario Combative Sport Advisory Council shall be compensated at the rate of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) per diem.

The other members of the Ontario Combative Sport Advisory Council shall be compensated at the rate of two hundred dollars ($200.00) per diem.

Appointees shall be reimbursed for work-related expenses incurred while engaged in the business of the Ontario Combative Sport Advisory Council in accordance with the Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive and any other TB/MBC directives.
