Order in Council 628/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 16 of the St. Lawrence Parks Commission Act , R.S.O. 1990, c. S.24, KPMG LLP is hereby designated for a period of three (3) years, effective from April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2021, as auditor for The St. Lawrence Parks Commission to conduct the annual audit of the books and records of The St. Lawrence Parks Commission for the fiscal years 2017/2018, 2018/2019 and 2019/2020.
