Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000

Under the authority of

section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000,

I define the following area as the Small Point-Broad Cove-Black Head-Adams Cove Municipal Planning Area.

A) PLANNING AREA

Beginning at a point in the western shoreline of

Conception

Bay

at Rose's Cliff northeast of the community of Adam's Cove;

Then running north 80 west 3,300 metres, more or less;

Then running south 57 west 7,200 metres, more or less, to a horizontal control point;

Then running south 74 east 2,300 metres, more or less, to Grove Pond Brook;

Then following the centre line of Grove Pond Brook to Broad Cove Pond;

Then following the southern shoreline of Broad Cove Pond to Tommy LeGrow's

Brook;

Then following the centre line of Tommy LeGrow's

Brook to Tommy LeGrow's

Pond;

Then following the western shoreline of the pond to the mouth of a small brook which flows into Tommy LeGrow's

Pond;

Then running south 87 east 1,700 metres, more or less, to a point in the centre line of the Conception Bay North main highway;

Then running south 55 east 600 metres, more or less, to the western shoreline of Conception Bay;

Then running in a generally northeasterly

direction along the shoreline to the point of beginning.

All bearings being referred to the true meridian.
