An Act to Amend the New Brunswick Income Tax Act Loi modifiant la Loi de l’impôt sur le revenu du Nouveau-Brunswick Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’Assemblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1

Section 16.1 of the New Brunswick Income Tax Act,

chapter N-6.001 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2000, is amended by adding after subsection (1.7) the following: 1 L’article 16.1 de la Loi de l’impôt sur le revenu du Nouveau-Brunswick,

section does not apply for the tax‐ ation year to 16.1(1.8) S’agissant de l’année d’imposition 2022, le présent

a) paragraph (

a) of the description of B in subsec ‐ tions 17(2) and 18(2), and

a) à l’alinéa a ) de la description de l’élément « B » aux paragraphes 17(2) et 18(2); (

b) sections and 49.1.

b) aux articles et 49.1. 2 Subsection 17(2) of the Act is amended in para ‐ graph (

Le paragraphe 49.1(2) de la Loi est modifié (

a) in the formula in paragraph (

a) by striking out “$17,840” and substituting “$19,177”;

b) in subparagraph (d)(ii) by striking out “$17,840” and substituting “ $19,177”.
