Commencing at a point being the most northeasterly corner of the within described parcel of land having coordinates of east 286 150 metres and north 5 247 375 metres, more or less;

Then running in a southwesterly direction to a point having coordinates of east 285 848 metres and north 5 246 848 metres, more or less;
