OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated April 27, 2010, and pursuant to
Section 10 of
Chapter 254 of the Revised Statues of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Libraries Act, and subsection 18(1) of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statues of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to, effective June 1, 2010, revoke the appointment of Paul McNair, formerly of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, to the Halifax Regional Library Board and appoint Paul Bennett of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Halifax Regional Library Board for a term of office of three years.
