B.C. Reg. 202/2006, deposited July 13, 2006, pursuant to the EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE ACT [Section 35], EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES ACT [Section 26] and EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS ACT [Section 127]. Order in Council 524/2006, approved and ordered July 13, 2006.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

Section 73 (2) (

b) of the Employment and Assistance Regulation, B.C. Reg. 263/2002, is repealed and the following substituted:

(

b) a registrant of the College of Dietitians of British Columbia established under the

Health Professions Act .

Section 66 (2) (

b) of the Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 265/2002, is repealed and the following substituted:

(

b) a registrant of the College of Dietitians of British Columbia established under the

Health Professions Act.

3 The Employment Standards Regulation, B.C. Reg. 396/95, is amended

(

a) by repealing

section 31 (

j) and substituting the following:

(

j) a registrant of the College of Naturopathic Physicians of British Columbia established under the

Health Professions Act . , and

(

b) by repealing

section 33 (

b) and substituting the following:

(

b) a student who is in training to be a licensed practical nurse within the meaning of the the Licensed Practical Nurses Regulation, at a hospital as defined in the

Hospital Act ; .
