OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated April 12, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, authorize the Attorney General and Minister of Justice entering into a Community Quadripartite Agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, the Cape Breton Regional Municipality, and the Council of Membertou First Nation, substantially in the form set out in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
