B.C. Reg. 327/2021 , deposited December 13, 2021, under the PHARMACEUTICAL SERVICES ACT [sections 61 (1), 63 and 65]. Order in Council 710/2021, approved and ordered December 13, 2021.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Provider Regulation, B.C. Reg. 222/2014, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

Section 1 of the Provider Regulation, B.C. Reg. 222/2014, is amended

(

a) in the

definitions of "applicant" and "extrajurisdictional applicant" by striking out " enrollment " and substituting " enrolment ", and

(

b) in paragraph (

b) of the definition of "class" by striking out " and orthosis provider " and substituting " , orthosis provider and any other sub-classes established by the minister ".

2 The heading to

Part 2 is repealed and the following substituted:

Part 2 – Enrolment .

3 Sections 2, 3, 4 to 8, 10 (1), 11, 13 (1), 14 (1), 23 and 24 are amended by striking out " enrollment " wherever it appears and substituting " enrolment ".

Section 4 (3) is amended by adding " in a device provider sub-class referred to in this subsection " before " unless the applicant ".
