OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 24, 2000, pursuant to

Section 40 of

Chapter 179 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Forests Act, and

Section 19 of

Chapter 365 of the said Revised Statutes, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting forest sustainability in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on, from and after April 12, 2000.
