OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works dated October 18, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Public Works entering into a net debt obligation, not to exceed $900,000, for the capital costs associated with planning and design of the Anderson Lake Highway Operations Base.
