OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables dated March 14, 2024, and pursuant to clause 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables: (

a) acquiring land by gift that is approximately 1 hectare (3 acres) located at Skye Mountain Road, Inverness County, currently identified as PID 50110956 and shown outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, from Don Philip Montano Faithful, or their executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors or assigns subject to the condition that Don Philip Montano Faithful or their executors, heirs, trustees administrators and approved successors or assigns are able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
