B.C. Reg. 277/2003, deposited July 17, 2003, pursuant to the MINERAL TENURE ACT [Section 22]. Regulation of the Chief Gold Commissioner, dated July 16, 2003.

I, Gerald German, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines, order that

1. B.C. Reg. 287/88 is amended in

Schedule A by deleting the following:

STUART LAKE — Omineca Mining Division, Coast, Range 5 Land District

All that parcel or tract of land together with all that foreshore or land covered by water as shown outlined and shaded on the attached sketch, and its accompanying sketch.

2. B.C. Reg. 95/2003 is repealed.

3. B.C. Reg. 289/88 is amended in

Schedule A, in the description of AREA 4 — SITE 8, by adding the following at the end

", Stuart Lake as shown outlined and shaded on the attached sketch."

4. Despite

section 3, a free miner must not locate or record placer claims in the area named in

section 3 for a period of 30 days from the date of deposit of this Regulation with the Registrar of Regulations.

5. Despite

section 4, X-Cal Resources Ltd., free miner, may locate, or a free miner may locate for X-Cal Resources Ltd., placer claims in the area named in

section 3 for a period of 30 days from the date of deposit of this Regulation with the Registrar of Regulations. — G. GERMAN, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines.
