OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated July 5, 2007, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1991, the University Foundations Act, is pleased to appoint Kenneth Peacock of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality and Laurie Hennigar of Centreville, County of Kings, as members of the Nova Scotia Agricultural College Foundation, for a term of office of three years commencing effective on and after August 2, 2007.
