B.C. Reg. 131/2009 , deposited March 27, 2009, pursuant to the TRADE, INVESTMENT AND LABOUR MOBILITY AGREEMENT IMPLEMENTATION ACT [Section 80] and the COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATION ACT [Sections 178.4 and 211]. Order in Council 253/2009, approved and ordered March 27, 2009.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that Order in Council 190/2009 (B.C. Reg. 89/2009) is amended by striking out "effective March 30, 2009" and substituting "effective on the date that a regulation of the Province of Alberta classifying or otherwise designating or specifying the registrar, as defined in the Cooperative Association Act , S.B.C. 1999, c. 28, as an extra-provincial director under

section 382.3 (

a) of the Cooperatives Act , S.A. 2001, c. C-28.1, comes into force".
