Bill No. 58 of 1934. A BILL TO AMEND THE MUNICIPAL HAIL INSURANCE ACT. NOTE.

Section of this Bill is a restatement of subsection (1 ({) of

section of the Act for the purpose of removing any doubt as to the necessity for entering on the assessment roll the name of any person other than the person who has made an application under

An Act to amend The Municipal Hail Insurance Act. (Assented to , 193.~.) HIS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of. Alberta, enacts as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as "The MunicipnZ Hail Insur (mee Act Amendment Act, 1934." 2. The Municipnl H.nil Insurance Act, being

chapter of the Revised Statutes of Alberta, 1922, is hereby amended as to

section thereof by striking out subsection (la) thereof and by substituting therefor the following: "(la) Notwithstanding the provisions of this or any other Ad, no name other than the name of the person who made an application under the provisions of

section 24 'of this Act need be entered upon the assessment roll in respect of the hail insurance tax and no notice of assessment or taxation need be sent to any person other than the person who so made applicatio~." 3. This Act shall come into force on the day upon which it is assented to and upon so coming into force, shall be deemed to have been in force at all times from and after the eighth day of April, 1926.
