Notice of Protected Water Supply Area

under the

Environment Act

(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of

section 10 of the Environment Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act,

the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the North Pond Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 5278000 324300 309 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 340 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 209 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 160 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 238 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 350 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 208 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 430 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 244 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 140 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 248 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 415 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 309 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 225 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 06 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 260 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 53 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 380 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 32 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 320 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 42 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres;
