PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA ORDER OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL Order in CouncitNo. 351 , Approved and Ordered MAR Lieutenant Governor Executive Council Chambers, Victoria On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that (

a) Phyllis Allen be appointed to the position of Clerk in the Office of the Minister of Energy and Mines and Minister Responsible for Northern Development, being a position which will require the incumbent to act in a confidential capacity to a member of the Executive Council, with terms and conditions of employment equivalent to those established for category B appointments in Order in Council 806/89; (

b) the Pension (Public Service) Act applies to Phyllis Allen; (

c) the appointment of Phyllis Allen, made by Order in Council 264/98, is rescinded. Minister of Multiculturalism and Immigration and Minister Responsible for the Public Service Presiding Member of the Executive Council (This
