Order in Council 2334/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Those portions of highway, in the City of Hamilton, Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, being Part of Lots 44, 45 and 46, Concession 3 and Part of the Road Allowance between Concessions 3 and 4 (Geographic Township of Ancaster) and Part of Block 111, Plan 62M-564, shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Ministry Plan P-5105-0037, filed in the Geomatics Section, Central Region, of the Ministry of Transportation at Toronto on the 9th of June, 2017, be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to

section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter P.50, as amended; and

Order in Council OC -2390/94 registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Registry Division of Wentworth as Instrument VM 198490 designating the above-mentioned highway as controlled-access highway be amended so as to cease to apply to those portions of the highway shown as Parts 2 and 3 on Ministry Plan P-5105-5 filed in the Customer Service Branch of the Ministry of Transportation at Toronto on the 8 th day of July, 1994, and

Part 3 on Ministry Plan P-5105-0037 filed as described above.
