OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated November 28, 2001, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 10 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Medical Act, is pleased to appoint Douglas J. Lloy of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a member of the Council of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia for a term of office of three years commencing November 1, 2001 and ending October 31, 2004.
