Loi sur les véhicules à moteur Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’As- semblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1

Section 31 0.13 of the Motor Vehicle Act,

chapter M-17 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended L’article 310.13 de la

Loi sur les véhicules à moteur,

chapitre M-17 des Lois révisées de 1973, est modifié (

a) in subsection (1)

a) au paragraphe (1), (

i) in the English version by adding “and” at the end of paragraph (a); (

i) par l’adjonction de « and » à la fin de la version anglaise de l’alinéa a); (ii) by repealing paragraph (

b) and substituting the following: (ii) par l’abrogation de l’alinéa b) et son rempla- cement par ce qui suit : (

b) the licence of the person is revoked and the driv- ing privilege of the person is suspended under para- graph 300(1)(a), subsection 302(2.1) or (2.2) or 302.1(1).

b) son permis est retiré et ses droits de conducteur sont suspendus en vertu de l’alinéa 300(1)

a) ou du pa- ragraphe 302(2.1) ou (2.2) ou 302.1(1). (iii) by repealing paragraph (c); (iii) par l’abrogation de l’alinéa c); (

b) by repealing subsection (3) and substituting the following:

b) par l’abrogation du paragraphe (3) et son rem- placement par ce qui suit : 310.13(3) Unless the court orders otherwise, the Regis- trar shall register the applicant in the program if the ap- plicant meets the requirements set out in subsection (1). 310.13(3) Sauf ordonnance contraire du tribunal, le re- gistraire inscrit le demandeur au programme s’il remplit les critères énoncés au paragraphe (1). (

c) in subsection (4) by repealing paragraph (

a) and substituting the following:
