CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Human Resources, Labour and Employment Act (Assented to August 25, 1989) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title1 This Act may be cited as The Human Resources, Labour and Employment Amendment Act, 1989. S.S. 1988-89, c.H-14.1, new

section 4.03 The following

section is added after

section 4.02 of The Human Resources, Labour and Employment Act: Persons with disabilities "4.03 The minister is responsible for the co-ordination, development and implementation of social, cultural, economic and other policies, programs and activities for the benefit of persons with disabilities". Coming into force3 This Act comes into force on the day of assent.
