I, Mark Messmer, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum

Resources, order that

(

a) B.C. Reg. 356/2006 is amended as set out in

section 1 of the attached Schedule;

and

(

b) the Mineral Land Reserve (No Mineral Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 71/2010,

is amended as set out in

section 2 of the attached Schedule.
