Order in Council 479/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to Order in Council numbered O.C. 1171/2022, Charles Cox was reappointed as a Deputy Commissioner of the Ontario Provincial Police, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed three years effective September 16, 2022;

And

whereas Charles Cox has retired his position as Deputy Commissioner of the Ontario Provincial Police;

Therefore Order in Council numbered O.C. 1171/2022, reappointing Charles Cox as a Deputy Commissioner of the Ontario Provincial Police, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order.
