OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 3, 2011, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) acquire land located at West Apple River in Cumberland County, Nova Scotia, being identified as Parcels 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 shaded dark grey on the map marked

Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, and lands located at Riverside, Hants County and at Kennetcook, Hants County, being identified as Parcels 6 & 7 shaded dark grey on the map marked

Schedule "B", attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, from Enligna Canada Inc, its trustees, approved successors and assigns for a purchase price of $115,300 plus appraisal, survey and legal costs, subject to the condition that Enligna Canada Inc., its trustees, approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
