Printed by the Queen's Printer for the Province of Alberta, EDMONTON Bill BILL THE TEMPORARY ANTI-INFLATION MEASURES AMENDMENT ACT, 1977 (Assented to , 1977) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, enacts as follows: 1 The Temporary Anti-inflation Measures Act is amended by this Act. 2

Section is amended by renumbering it as 20) and by adding the/olio wing subsections:

(2) An award made before the commencement of this sub

section pursuant to a procedure established by the Minister of Labour under

section of The Alberta Labour Act, 1973 operates notwithstanding any agreement entered into pur suant to subsection 0).

(3) An agreement or a collective agreement (

a) to which registered nurses or graduate nurses or both are a party or which affects registered nurses or graduate nurses or both, and (

b) which incorporates or is based upon, in whole or in part, an award referred to in subsection (2), operates, with respect to those registered nurses and gradu ate nurses, notwithstanding any agreement entered into pur suant to subsection (I). 3 This Act comes int%rce on the day upon which it is assented to. 1 Explanatory Notes This Bill will amend
