OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated March 22, 2001, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Denice Mary Ozon which appointment was made pursuant to Order in Council 95-632 dated August 22, 1995; and (
b) appoint Denice Mary Ozon of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, to expire April 30, 2006.
