OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated July 13, 2008, and pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act, is pleased to approve the making of a grant by the Minister of Health on behalf of the Province to the Annapolis Valley District Health Authority in the total amount not to exceed $2,100,000.00 (two million and one hundred thousand dollars) for the additional costs associated with completing Phase 1C of the Annapolis Valley Regional Hospital 21 Bed - Emergency Department Expansion Project, which grant is to be paid on the basis of invoiced costs submitted to the Department of Health and charged to "Capital Grants, Department of Health", effective on and after July 29, 2008.
