OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business dated February 21, 2020, and pursuant to

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to: (1) approve the reallocation of the $6 million TRIP fund to reflect $4.25 million capital and $1.75 million operating; and (2) approve the addition of $35,000 to the capital budget and the reduction of $309,000 from the operating budget for fiscal year 20/21, with further reduction of $1.16 million in the 19/20 forecast to reflect the change in timing of project cash flows.
