OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated July 6, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 339 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Peggy's Cove Commission Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint Judy Dauphinee of Halifax Regional Municipality (Peggy’s Cove) as a member of the Peggy’s Cove Commission, for a term of two (2) years commencing July 29, 2022; and (
b) order that Judy Dauphinee be remunerated for her service as a member of the Commission in the amount of $35.00 per half day plus reimbursement for travel expenses incurred in fulfilling her duties on the Commission provided such expenses do not exceed those normally paid to members of the civil service.
