Order in Council 1227/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas, Dave Forestell was reappointed as a part-time member and re-designated as vice-chair of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Board of Directors, for a fixed term of four years, effective June 20, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 912/2020;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Alcohol, Cannabis and Gaming Regulation and Public Protection Act, 1996 , Dave Forestell of Toronto be reappointed as part-time member of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Board of Directors, for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending June 19, 2024.

Further, pursuant to subsection 2(6) of the Alcohol, Cannabis and Gaming Regulation and Public Protection Act, 1996 , Order in Council O.C. 912/2020 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
