OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated September 24, 1998, pursuant to subsection 37(1) of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve Petition No. 35943 and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to issue a certificate, in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to the effect that the Crown asserts no interest or claim in or to those lands, containing about 507 acres, more or less, situate at East Lake Ainslie, Inverness County, which are more particularly described and shown cross-hatched on the plan contained in the said
Schedule "A".
