OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated December 4, 2008, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Justice to enter into a Project Funding Agreement between Nova Scotia and Canada regarding Nova Scotia's Family Justice activities in the form set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
