OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia dated May 19, 2015, and pursuant to

Section 93 of

Chapter 6 of the Acts of 2001, the Land Registration Act , is pleased to amend the Land Registration General Regulations , N.S. Reg. 45/2012, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2012-41 dated February 21, 2012, to establish registration regions for the location of land registration offices, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after May 28, 2015.
