OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and the Minister of Justice dated June 30, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Justice entering into a Research CollaborationAgreement with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, respecting the training of service dogs using donated human tissue from Nova Scotia Medical Examiner Service, substantially in the form as set out in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, with such modifications as the Attorney General and the Minister of Justice determines are necessary.
