On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Whereas Poeme Manigat was appointed a full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years by Order in Council O.C. 458/2019 dated March 28, 2019;
Therefore, pursuant to subsection 16(2) of the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act , Poeme Manigat of Mississauga be appointed as part-time member of the Animal Care Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
