Chapter 293 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Motor Vehicle Act, is pleased to approve of an amendment made by the Minister of Business and Consumer Services to the Commercial Vehicle Maintenance Standards made by the Minister of Transportation and Communications and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 90-1337 dated November 13, 1990, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
