Order in Council 616/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Fighting Delays, Building Faster Act, 2025

July 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Fighting Delays, Building Faster Act, 2025 , c. 14, which amend the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , come into force:

Schedule 12, s. 1, 11, 13.
