OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated August 28, 1998, pursuant to
Section 26 of
Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to approve of the Minister entering into an agreement with the Town of Parrsboro relating to work on certain highways within the Town, which work is specified in Construction Agreement No. 16-Z, dated July 20, 1998, set forth in
Schedule "A", the location of which is set forth on a plan marked
Schedule "B", both Schedules being attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
