Order in Council 1232/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Dawn King of Lanark be reappointed as part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending December 1, 2022.

Further,

whereas Dawn King was appointed as full-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of one year, effective December 2, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 1649/2021;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1649/2021 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
