Order in Council 412/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Marcelle Bourassa was reappointed as part-time member of the Board of Negotiation for a term of three years, effective May 6, 2017, by Order in Council O.C. 873/2017;

And

whereas Marcelle Bourassa tendered her resignation effective February 22, 2019;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 27(1) of the Expropriations Act , Order in Council O.C. 873/2017 be revoked effective February 22, 2019.
