OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated February 25, 2016, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into an agreement with the Public Health Agency of Canada to allow the Department of Health and Wellness to receive data from the Foodbook study, in the form of agreement as set out in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, with such modifications as the Minister of Health and Wellness and the Public Health Agency of Canada determine are necessary, effective on and after April 13, 2016.
