OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated May 2, 2000, pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of a 66 foot wide easement with respect to Crown land situate at Molega Lake, Queens County, and approximately shown outlined in red on the plan marked
Schedule "B", to Gustav and Ingrid Rizy, and the various other owners of certain lots at Molega Lake, Queens County, as listed in
Schedule "A", both schedules attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, for the consideration of $1000.00 per acre for the total area to be occupied by the easement, as determined by survey, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
