OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act, dated February 21, 2013, and pursuant to Sections 3, 4 and 6 of
Chapter 7 of the Acts of 2005, the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act, is pleased to: (
a) re-appoint William Mills of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as a member of the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission for a term of two years, commencing May 1, 2013; and (
b) order that William Mills be remunerated for his service in the amount of $3,600 annually, and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses actually incurred in fulfilling his duties as member.
