B.C. Reg. 311/2007, deposited October 18, 2007, pursuant to the ATTORNEY GENERAL STATUTES AMENDMENT ACT, 2007 [Section 228]. Order in Council 666/2007, approved and ordered October 18, 2007.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that sections 1 to 8, 10 to 12, 32 to 37, 45, 46, 50, 55, 56, 59, 60, 62, 63 and 66 to 68 of the Attorney General Statutes Amendment Act, 2007 , S.B.C. 2007, c. 14, are brought into force.
