An Act to amend The Horse Racing Regulation Act (Assented to July 2, 1986) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows: 1 This Act may be cited as The Horse Racing Regulation Amendment Act, 1986. 2

Section of The Horse Racing Regulation Actis amended: (

a) by striking out "in the making of a bet at a race-meeting, upon races being run thereat" in subsec tion (1) and substituting "in Saskatchewan in the making of a bet with respect to any horse race conducted inside or outside Saskatchewan"; and (

b) by striking out "at a race-meeting" in subsection (2) and substituting "in Saskatchewan with respect to any horse race conducted inside or outside Saskatchewan". 1

Short title R.S.S. 1978, c.H-7, section6 amended
