B.C. Reg. 131/2013 , deposited March 20, 2013, pursuant to the ADULT GUARDIANSHIP AND PLANNING STATUTES AMENDMENT ACT, 2007 [section 112]. Order in Council 174/2013, approved and ordered March 20, 2013.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective June 30, 2014, the following sections of the Adult Guardianship and Planning Statutes Amendment Act, 2007 , S.B.C. 2007, c. 34, are brought into force:

(

a) section 1 (c);

(

b) section 1 (

k) as it enacts the

definitions of “health authority designate” , “health care provider” , “qualified health care provider” and “statutory property guardian” in

section 1 of the Adult Guardianship Act ;

(

c) section 4 as it enacts the heading to

Part 2.1 and sections 19 (1) (e), 32 (1) to (4) and (7), 33 (2) (

b) and (3), 34, 35 and 37 (3) and (4) of the Adult Guardianship Act ;

(

d) section 17 as it

(

i) repeals sections 62 and 63 of the Adult Guardianship Act , and

(ii) enacts sections 62, 62.1, 62.3 and 63 (2) (

a) to (f), (

p) and (

s) of the Adult Guardianship Act .
