B.C. Reg. 23/2016 , deposited February 16, 2016, under the WORKERS COMPENSATION ACT [section 224 (2) (k)]. Order in Council 74/2016, approved and ordered February 15, 2016.
On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Workers Compensation Act , R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 492, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.
— S. BOND, Minister of Jobs, Tourism and Skills Training and Minister Responsible for Labour ; T. LAKE, Presiding Member of the Executive Council .
Schedule
1 The Workers Compensation Act , R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 492, is amended in each of the provisions referred to in Column 1 below by striking out, wherever it appears, the amount listed in Column 2 opposite that provision and substituting the corresponding amount in Column 3:
