CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Horse Racing Regulation Act (Assented to June 11, 1985) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Horse Racing Regulation Amendment Act, 1985. R.S.S. 1978, c.H-7,

section amended

Section of The Horse Racing Regulation Act is amended: (

a) by striking out “No” and substituting “Subject to subsection (2), no”; (

b) by renumbering it as subsection (1); and (

c) by adding the following subsection after subsection (1): “

(2) The Horse Racing Commission, in setting dates for horse-race meetings pursuant to clause 12(1)(
