Order in Council 165/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 1573/2016 dated October 26, 2016 that reappointed Lorne Sossin of Toronto as a part-time member of the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board under the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Appeal and Review Boards Act, 1998 , be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
